Buyers will be given an estimated date of despatch when placing an order. If these dates are exceeded the seller will endeavour to keep the buyer informed of the delay and a new expected delivery date. Buyers may cancel their orders prior to despatch by contacting the Customer Services Department in writing. If payment has been made a full refund will be issued to the buyer within 14 days of written receipt of order cancellation.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to a delivery date, all delivery dates and times are quoted as estimates only and the seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of the failure to meet any estimated delivery dates or times.
The shipping cost is to the majority of mainland UK, however there will be additional charges for deliveries to, Highlands, Grampian, IOM & IOW, we will inform you of the additional cost by e-mail or you may contact us for a quotation. Please contact us direct for delivery charges to NI. There may also be an additional charge for deliveries to a residential address.
Upon receipt all goods must be checked carefully for any transit damage before signing to accept delivery from our appointed carrier. If goods are signed for as in good condition and are subsequently found to be damaged the buyer must accept responsibility for the cost of any repair.
